Depends on the application you will be using them in, all 3 are the big dogs as manufacturing of cells.

Long lasting and good CDR
LG HG2 3000mah 20amp CDR
Samsung 30Q 3000mah 15amp Safe CDR though it gets stressed a bit more at 20amps
After those 2 the Samsung 25R 2500mah 20amp CDR and Sony VTC5 2600mah and 20amp CDR are good contenders.

Out of all of them the LG HG2 lasts the longest per charge
