18350's don't tolerate low ohms nearly as well as bigger batteries and don't get a lot of time on a charge.
0.15 ohms at 4.2V is going to draw around 28 amps from the battery. For the AW 12A battery, 0.4 ohms will draw around 10.5A, but at 800 mAh it also won't last long on a charge. The Steam Engine calculator estimates around 5 minutes of total vape time or around 60 drags with 5 second puffs.
If you're going to get any sort of reliable usage out of an 18350 you're going to have to build it above 0.30 ohms otherwise it's not worth the trouble of carrying 4-6 18350's, they don't last long at all above 10A.
