Better global announcement

It's fine that there is an announcement that Halo has flied a lawsuit and that the House of Lords is having a debate, but wouldn't a sticky reminding people of the ramifications of the FDA regulations be appropriate? I was browsing through the New Members forum and it didn't seem like very many people were aware of what going on.

The landscape on the deeming regulations is going to be changing rapidly between now and August. Generally, when there's something important that has hit the streets, we'll do a notice or global announcment. But to make it permanent when things are going to be changing is doubtful.

Vapers will be more aware when they find their vape shops aren't offering any new hardware or liquids for sale next Fall. Some will try to buy from China. Will US Customs interfere? If the Federal Drug Administration plays rough this is going to be quite the mellodrama.
