Black Spots on Sony 18650 Battery (pics included)

This battery was perfectly fine for about three weeks of constant use / charge. I found these black spots around the shell... Should I be worried? This is a SONY VTC4 18650 2000 mAh Battery, I ordered it from myvaporstore.com. I usually start charging around 3.4~3.5 V.

Don't worry, that black is simply the black plastic shell of the battery. The green wrapper is the heat shrink material. If you chain vape or allow your atty to get nice and warm, the heat will travel down your mod and cause the green wrapper to get tighter around the black shell, and that's why you are seeing the black. Nothing is wrong, just a natural effect of heat on the shrink wrapping material.

I recycle mine when that happens like stated above you dont have to at all but i just really uneasy about anything changing on my batteries especially when running below an ohm
