Can't find a way to dilute 6mg juice down to 3mg

I have the juice Me Up calculator. I can't figure out how to dilute a very large bottle of flavored 6mg juice down to 3 mg. I fill in the mg being 6 with my resulting 3 mg and it does not compute right at all. So my mind says just take 1 ml (as reference) and dilute with 1 ml VG would make it 3 mg, but really I know it can't be that simple.

The flavor of course, will be reduced and it is strong so that will be fine. Am I missing something that is very easy here?

Well simply you just need to add 50% of Zero to it to make it half the strength but try one of the calculators here which I use.

In case you're still interested, add 50% of the amount in the pg/vg ratio your original liquid is in. I.e. 1ml 35/65vg @ 6mg = .35ml pg + .65 ml VG to get 2ml 35/65vg @ 3mg strength.
I use the juice me up calculator for both premixed & pure nicotine with no trouble. Maybe download a new version and try again?
