Step 1:
Turn KM3 upside down. Unscrew center pin and remove bottom square plate.
Step 2:
See exposed hex nut. It is 5 millimeters.
Step3:
Unscrew hex nut all the way. It will be held in by the o-ring but keep unscrewing until the positive block above comes off.
Step 4:
This is what you will be left with.
Step 5:
Place new insulator and posi block back on the deck. Screw everything back on in reverse order. There is no need to crank down on that hex nut to tighten. You don't want to snap that pin. Simply snug it up and leave it be.
