No, not at all, every now and then I flood the cup but after a few puffs it's gone. I just wish I could quit wasting money on crap juice!

After vaping for quite some time and wasting my money on a LOT of juice, I came to the realization today that I really only enjoy a couple of flavors from Tasty Vapor. They're having an awesome sale today and I ordered 12 ounces for relatively little money. The rest went on the classifieds and has already been sold! I finally feel free. Now I only need a couple of attys and cartos in rotation and can stop ordering more stuff constantly. It is so liberating to know that I might actually start SAVING MONEY after quitting analogs!!

Not yet but I did get a shippign notice, maybe come in tomorrow or Wednesday--I reseated my filler ring today on my only syringe mod and it is workign _great_ with no leaks but you have to be careful pressign that thing in...

I enlarged the slits area also and picked up a hole punch for the middle...

gotlogos,

Did you get your monoject? I am waiting form mine. I did order 20 pcs as well for 3 bucks. I've been trying the mod out for last 2 days.
The one with filler ring reseated = no leaks , no wicking problem ( cut bigger hole for airflow, bigger slot on bothside for better wicking on filler ring)

the one with filler ring reseated upside down had a leak from top.

Had wicking problem on ce2 r4 808d out of the box. PTB tookcare of that. I haven't try syringe mod on 808 yet.

OP:
Disappointed in CE2?

Not anymore. After trying the C-E2 v4 for the first time 3 days ago I must say that the only thing I was disappointed in was the tank. 1st You couldn't tell how much juice you had in it. The 3cc syringe mod took care of that. others here have improved on the wicking but I found it to be fine (for me). So that only left the other problem of not enough capacity (.6ml or something like that). I got that solved today. A 5 ml (ish) tank that can be filled easy and you can see into it.

I agree...Gummy- more details!
VV- NICE!

Ah, Tank you, I run it on "The Brick" for now but I want to build a really nice wooden sleeve to make it more cigar looking.
VV yes, I like it at 4.3 v best, the stock 510 was at 4.8 v . Today will be it's first full day to see just how far it lasts. I hope all day.
The end caps have an "O" ring in them, (what a pain that was to cut the grooves). A stock C-E2 v4 drilled on 2 sides near the bottom. However DON"T drill them if you make one. Grind a slot in the bottom of the tube with a dremel. The drill punched a small metal plug into the atty's tube and shorted it out. It took me forever to figure out what caused it and just as long to fix it.

Looks nice Gummy, what is the screw for? Is your tubing 5/8"?

It's for quick filling (#4 machine screw) and yes 5/8" ID x 1" long. It's a standard C-E2 v4 not the XL (that would have been better but, none to be found) That should be what? about 5 ml. I filled it this morning at 7:00 am and it in now 3PM and is now at 1/2 tank. that is 8 hours of steady chain vaping. Whoo Hoo.

I didn't polish this one, I was in too much of a hurry to get it working. The caps are a press fit (make that "Hammer in" fit) no glue, and no leaks not even if you lay it on it's side.

Good link for monoject 3ml syringes @ .15 each and free shipping (order any amt you want). I ordered 20 for three bucks and ships free:

Healthcare for Ferrets: Monoject Syringe without Needle for Ferrets at Drs. Foster and Smith

Just thought I'd mention their "free ground shipping" is FedEx Smartpost. This is where FedEx ships to your local post office, hands off to USPS and lets them deliver to your house. This must be the slowest method of shipping I have ever heard of! I ordered last Sunday the 14th and my scheduled delivery is for Monday the 22nd. From complaints I've read that's if I get extremely lucky. I'm kind of wishing I had ordered a few elsewhere so I could go ahead and get this project underway.

Sorry, had to get this off my chest. I'll be fine, but what about all those ferrets that are suffering right now waiting for medical supplies?

It fit very well, just kind of slid snugly in without ramming it or using heat to expand the syringe tube. But when you remove the syringe from the batt (or try to) the syringe gives first. So you may want to secure a little better (I may puot a tiny spot of super glue on a couple of sides, not where juice makes contact mind you)...and badkolo was telling me that oeen of the ends is definitely tighter than the other so do try both ends after a cut and see which one might be a bit tighter...

I am glad you got your shipment. I am still waiting for mine. So, monoject fit well with CE2?

Do you prefer BD or Monoject?
