Cheap and effective 5ml syringe tank tutorial

sorry to be so ignorant, but what is the ideas here? i see a ce2 inside a cut syringe, and a carved out rubber stopper inside the tip of the syringe top, but i dont get whats trying to happen here?
The short of it? Holds more juice then the Xl ce2 you started with. less filling, less fuss.
Thanks for the instructions, I made a couple of these and they worked well..... but I did it because I had a couple of clearos lying around that I didn't use anymore, I've switched to cartos recently, because I found that I don't really enjoy the heating coil near my mouth.
Recently I have noticed the 'liquinator' and similar devices being sold and tonight I thought to myself, why don't I adapt your method to create one of those.
So I did. I just grabbed one of the pre cut tubes from the map tank and a 'ring' of the tubing. I cut a small hole in the bottom of a dual coil carto, the long one, and inserted it in to the tube. I slipped the black ring in the top to make a seal, slapped on a drip tip and it works like a charm! So for you carto lovers, there is another method that might work for you.
