Eroll Pcc not charging

I'm new to ecigs and this forum. I recently purchased an Eroll system as it was recommended by a friend. The directions are not very clear.....When I first got it I plugged the PCC into the wall and it was red at first and then turned green. I then tried to put the eroll in it and nothing. I then plugged it back in and left the eroll in it. There is a red light and a blue light. If I take it off the power source then I get nothing. No lights-red, green, or blue. I can get maybe 4 puffs from the eroll before it blinks and dies. Am I doing something wrong or is it just a dud? It works that way for both batteries...and if I take the eroll out and just leave the case plugged in there is a green light so I assume it is charged? Appreciate any help at all. This is super frustrating!

That link says that when your Eroll is charged the blue light will go off. I hope this helps!
