Thanks!
I will try it for sure.

If I can master the Origen, I'll have to put a TC build on the K.loud... :lol:

Only after I get some Ti wire of course, there is really not enough room in there for Ni200.

@TrollDragon

well i see something in common with the people having issues is NIckel :)

i mean seems like nickel might be the culprit,i cant bepostive on it.sicne i dont have nickel wires to play about.
i dd try and rebuild the original nickel head with nickel wire that came with it,and well had the same issue,i thought it was just a bad build.

have you tried ti?

Not yet as there is no Ti available locally, I'll have to order some from Fasttech if theirs is any good.

The CLR heads GREATLY improve the tank though, it's like night and day for me. I also like that the CLR heads come prebuilt and in 5 packs. I just use them in wattage mode until the cotton goes bad, then build them with TI or SS

i have a bunch of ss wire sitting here,
can i sue it with this mod??

This is confusing to me. The original coil heads aren't rebuildable. The rebuildable ones are clr heads which are typically kanthal. They do sell clr ti heads. If you're using the originally installed coil I believe it is ni. You can check by removing it. It is engraved on the head. I don't use celsius, but 200c and the original head and in ni mode w the resistance tested at room temp then locked at room temp, the coil that is at room temp, I don't see why this is not working for you. It should be. Perhaps the coil is bad. If it is reaching temp too fast I'm guessing it is sensing the resistance is too high or too low to start with. But I've heard bad things about the heads that come with the tank.
Here in Italy you can find original clr ti coils. My evic works fine in nickel mode but the titanium wire start to vape well at 230 c. I Lock the resistance at room temperature.
Have you upgraded your firmware? Are your coils touching eachother (contact coil) or not? Did you let your mod read the resistance of atty at room temp and then lock it in? Also what temp do you have set?

U can use it with this mod in wattage mode, but ss is not supported by this mod as temp controlled.
I have heard it can somewhat reduce dry hits if SS is used in the TI temp mode but you have to set your temp way lower than normal. I would set it at the lowest temp, try that, then adjust up as needed until you get a good vape

i think juice also plays a factor,and wicking
read somewhere that higher vg juices are great about 450f
(sorry a bit used to the f thing)

same thing with my titanium coils.
i get a decent vape on higher 500f or around 250c
@45-50 watts

lol i've just found a way to turn the screen upside down :)
turn off the device and press + and - buttons at the same time for about 5 secs
i have no idea how this will be useful but it's funny

Awesome! I like watching the realtime display while I vape, leaving it set like this.

I like the upside down screen so I can easily read what's going on. Thanks for sharing.

I did find another negative. My shelf that I sit it on has all my Allen wrenches and screw drivers. Every time I pick the evic back up I have 1 or more of them stuck to it due to magnetic door. More funny than a complaint. Makes me laugh.
