that article is related to the MOVE initiative. I hear there's more good news to come today from the same people.

Good, but it still promotes the lie of the exaggerated figures of smoking deaths. Using a lie in an attempt to disprove other lies, isn't the most rational approach.
This M.O.V.E. thing could be the thing that finally accomplishes the hugely important goal of exposing and discrediting the liars.
As you've said, it seems to me that the crux of the effort to sustain the availability of vaping should lie in the discrediting of it's opponents at this point. The M.O.V.E. initiative is certainly a step in that direction. Lay the burden of proof directly in the laps of the naysayers. "Show me proof that what you're doing/asking for is right."
The argument at this point is as much about the bureaucratic corruption as it is about the sole issue of vaping. The corruption is there to see, it's a matter of more people seeing it.
I realize that there aren't nearly enough people that realize this is a crucial component.
I try my best to make it as visible as possible to my fellow vapers.

It's a direct attack on their integrity. Those kinds of punches can even hurt politicians.
Like Charley Rangel? Marion Barry? Duke Cunningham? Jim Traficant? Ted Stevens? and others, many of whom were re-elected.
Bump. Every vaper need to read this and share it with their representatives at the State and Federal levels
