You beat me to it - I came here to post the same links.
Both good articles.
I particularly liked this quote........

"It’s a cruel irony that many impassioned anti-smoking advocates and Big tobacco share the same agenda of restricting access to products that unshackle smokers from their deadly habit and which have, within the past decade, rendered obsolete the old template for fighting smoking. And I use the word ‘cruel’ advisedly. By sticking with the status quo, we are – even if unintentionally – shrugging off the prospect of a billion early deaths this century. That’s an awful lot of widows."

This M.O.V.E. thing could be the thing that finally accomplishes the hugely important goal of exposing and discrediting the liars.

As you've said, it seems to me that the crux of the effort to sustain the availability of vaping should lie in the discrediting of it's opponents at this point. The M.O.V.E. initiative is certainly a step in that direction. Lay the burden of proof directly in the laps of the naysayers. "Show me proof that what you're doing/asking for is right."

The argument at this point is as much about the bureaucratic corruption as it is about the sole issue of vaping. The corruption is there to see, it's a matter of more people seeing it.

I realize that there aren't nearly enough people that realize this is a crucial component.
I try my best to make it as visible as possible to my fellow vapers.

That's why I keep posting this...
Rampant Antismoking Signifies Grave Danger

They're trying to do the same thing to us as that they did to us as smokers.
And if we can't shut them up, we're likely done for.

They're already winning, but I hope that things like M.O.V.E. can help us catch up sooner rather than later.

Derek Yach is a heavyweight in the TC world. As the former Executive Director for Noncommunicable Diseases and Mental Health of the World Health Organization and founding member of the WHO Paramilitary anti-smoker arm known as FCTC, his opinion has a real chance of swaying all but the most rabid anti-smoker extremists.

His article doesn't pull any punches, enthusiastically endorse vaping and condemns anti-vaping extremists as mass murderers. This is the single most significant pro-vaping development since Judge Leon struck down the FDA ban in 2010 and it has global reach.
