How do I create a Blog?

That's not a blog. Those are the Social Groups. Social Group Forums

When you create a blog, can you edit it indefinitely, or just for a certain period of time?

I just checked mine, oplholik, and it appears there is no time limit on editing a blog.

Another question, I have read the rules for blogging, and I'm not crystal clear on putting a link in the blog that links to a spreadsheet on Google Sheets that is just a simple index to a thread. Do I have to register this link? Maybe it's just my fuzzy head, but not sure on this.
