For the most part yes. Some say leave open for 24hrs, close back up and then let it sit in room temp and in dark place for several weeks depending on the juice. Spoke with a ejuice vendor and he told me not to leave open just let it sit in room temp in somewhat dark area ( closet ) and just let sit. Most tobacco juice that are made to order need steeping time to get full flavor. Hope this helps.

If your eliquid is left open it will absorb water. I DIY and to help the process of steeping I place freshly made juice in a well sealed bottle into a cup of hot(not boiling) water and allow to come to room temperature. Shake daily and let it sit for 4-7 days and you should be good to go on most eliquids. I must say though that I have had a few that needed 2-4 weeks to really reach their full flavor. Patience....Patience.

Just let it sit in a dark cabinet for about a week to three weeks, three will provide the best results although it's hard to wait that long lol.
