Madog, do you go from high/extra high one day to low another or do you mean you mix high and low on the same day?

If you alternate days do you get symptoms of adjustment, like withdrawal symptoms?

That's a tricky one Freddo, a constant low dose or peaks of high, I have no idea.

Ive tried so many low juices now but the just give me no throat kick at all and without it I just keep puffing and puffing !.


So now am on the hard stuff 36mg.

I split the regular 36mg tabbaco 30ml into 6 bottles then flavor them to taste using

Lorann Flavors(Thanks to Kate for that one), few puffs every 30 mins

Keep me going nicely.

But Im Sure doing 2-4 ml a day of the 36mg stuff isnt to good..

but love vaping now and hate the smell and taste of the Analogs Now !!

Better for your cardiovascular system, sure. But also a great waste of your time.

I don't know??? I just vap when I feel like vaping. chose low cuz I don't monitor it. some days hardly at all then others I go on a vaping for way too long.

However, I'm switching from the Ruyan Vegas to a conventional eCigarette or ePipe so that I can use Zero Nicotine cartridges. I've had enough of this stuff.

I have voted 1ml high.

I use Totally Wicked 18mg & when I first used it in my Super e-cig a 20ml bottle lasted me 6 weeks. However since buying a mini I reckon a bottle is only going to last me about 3 weeks.

Chrissie, is the higher use to do with a more efficient atomiser producing more vapour or because you use your mini more than you did the super mini? Or something else?

Thanks Chrissie, that's interesting. I was talking with Scrubadub yesterday about devices that produce more vapour and we were thinking that means more nicotine being taken in too. So someone who gets a more powerful or efficient device might be taken off guard by thinking they were getting the same level of nic because they use the same juice.

It's just something I've become aware of and am still wondering if it makes a lot of difference. Your dose might have doubled from super mini to mini if there is any truth in that theory.

I think I can feel the beginnings of another poll idea ....

Kate, I'm also wondering if it makes a lot of difference how much vape is produced to how much nic intake.

When I was still just using my Super I got slated on an aBay forum for my discrepancy on how little e-liquid I was getting through compared to another poster. I now realise the difference was due to the different e-cigs. BTW the slating was from someone who seemed to think the e-cig just had to be a joke.

I am on 18ml Juice from simon.

I put 2ml though 2.5 ml would be nearer the mark.

Except for Sundays then my consumption hits 4 - 5 ml.

The screwdriver definately produces more vapour than the 901 but I have not noticed that I am going through more juice with it.

Possibly because with the 901 you are wasting juice with the primer puff .

I don't know. I use about 2-3 18mg Cartridges a day but i don't know how many ml are in a Cart + there's always a little at the bottom of the Carts that is still wet.

I measured 0.8ml juice each from two squeezed classic cartridges, some say 1ml. 901 minis hold around 0.3ml I think. If you guess a quarter or third won't wick out then you might get an approximate figure.
