How to get a chi you

He guys I've been looking for months now to get a chi you mod. I have had no luck what so ever anywhere I've even tried contacting the maker. I really really want one of these even if it's used (prefer new). Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one? Sites, stores, other people anything? Even if I have to get on a list thats fine just really want one!
