Build on Chi You x Mutation V4S

sup guys!
So I have a Mutation V4S rda on my RX 2/3 and it's a 5/6 wrap on 24 gauge kanthal and it's reading .23ohms. I'm Fine with that for my RX 2/3.

BUT my question is:
I found my original Chi You from back in the day and I kinda want to try it out again but this time with my Mutation rda. I'm trying to get my ohms down to at least a .15-.18 (basically anything lower than .23).

**Any recommendations on how many wraps I should do with my 24 gauge kanthal?

When I had my Tobh (before it got stolen) I would use it on my Chi You and it gave me MAD CLOUDS but this time around with my Mutation rda... the .23ohm is hitting on the Chi You like as if I was at a 15w on my RX 2/3.

So anyways, any tips and suggestions?

I do 6 wraps on 2.5mm jig, comes out to .25 on a goon. Use it on a Rose Finch mech mod.
Did you clean all the contacts? Is the mod brass or SS?

Im not a huge fan of building below .4 on a mech. I like to keep amp draw at around half its rating for safety purposes. I prefer to keep my amp draw on unregulated devices below half of the rating. A .5 dual 28AWG setup is just perfect for me on a mech. I leave the lower resistance builds for my regulated devices.
