If I understand it correctly, retailers can only sell liquid from companies that have obtained an Indiana manufacturing permit for $1000, regardless of their location? If so, this severely cripples the Indiana B & M's. Let's see how many other states try to use it as a model. This is getting really ugly.

i hope everyone on this forum that said
regulation wont be that bad is paying
attention.

They will pretend it didn't happen. After you post links they will pretend they're isolated outliers. After you post sufficient links they will claim it's irrelevant since it didn't happen in their state. After it happens in their state too they will pretend it's still irrelevant since they have a stash or mail order or whatever. etc.

People need to pay attention to those elected into office.

There was a primary in Indiana last Tuesday and the county
I was watching had less than a 14% voter turnout. This can
pretty much be applied to anywhere else in the country too but
the problem is these politicians think they can do whatever they
want without repercussions, and they're probably right. Everyone
seems to want to whine about it on forums or Facebook but not
actually want to do anything about it. NOT talking about anyone
here, just people in general.

Or like me, thankful we live in a state that doesn't work so hard at imposing what IT thinks is best for it's citizens. (Ie; it is a FELONY
in our state for there to even BE a List of registered gun owners, much less what can be Done with such a list.)

This is the 2nd What The Hell Are You Thinking law signed in Indiana in the past month I have heard about.

You Indianians voted these clowns IN, you can vote their overbearing asses OUT too.

With a low voter turnout, single issue voters can have a LARGE impact. Imagine if 60% of that 14% were vapers!

Saw some city council races decided by NINE votes. Come on.
It's that apathy toward voting that makes politicians think they
don't have to pay attn to anyone.
