Good luck enforcing that! They can barely keep the real criminals in check. They think they can legislate vaping away but they can't - you can't regulate flavoring. HA!

A lot of it they won't be able to enforce, such as vapers getting their hands on e liquid and nicotine. There are so many ways to work around it, but they have beat us at the same time by making things difficult and turning common every day law abiding citizens into criminals. I won't be able to order Nicoticket directly and it's the only liquid I vape other than a few DIY recipes, so in my mind they have won, I am no longer free in this respect.

One other thing...there was a company with ties to the gambling industry deeply involved in lobbying for this legislation to go through, Monument Vapor I believe it's called. If I'm understanding things correctly Monument will be the only company selling e liquid in Indiana when the dust settles. I'm all for boycotting this company, so if you are contacted by Monument Kent and decide to do business with them I will not be buying Nicoticket through them and I think many Indiana vapers, at the least the ones who are aware of the situation, will not be giving one red cent to this company. So just a heads up.

There's a school of thought here that after the election dust settles upon whoever wins it, they'll possibly set wheels in motion for restriction/legislation, in the hope that by the time the next election comes around, people will be used to whatever they'd done!

I for one, will never forget any government that seriously restricts any aspect of it here.

I've recently bought a small table-top freezer, and am gradually filling it with 50ml glass bottles of nicotine.
I'll assume no-one can stop the sale of flavouring, VG/PG will surely always be available, so that leaves equipment ...and I already have a stash of that too: Mods, tanks, coils!

I'll continue trying to cut back on nicotine strength ...doing it really slowly, and at around .4 aiming for .3 in the coming months. Who knows, perhaps at some point, it'll just be the vaping aspect and not the nicotine that'll keep me happy!

I came this far - and still can hardly believe it - I will not allow some ignorant politician to drive me either back to cigarettes or insane!
If I give up altogether, it'll be on my terms!

It's long overdue to start voting out the career politicians. Send them a message that we're not going to take their crap anymore. Two terms and your out at the local, state, and federal levels. They sit around getting fat off our tax dollars and regulate and tax us to death. Give them all Das Boot.

I agree but at the same time I don't know if that would help the vaping industry any. Politicians want to be the white nights on stallions rushing in to save ourselves and our children from ourselves and vaping seems to be the newest thing to save people from. I don't know that any new politicians would be different.

It may not make any difference at all but to keep voting these same people back in one term after another is definately not going to bring about change.
