When the pedal hits the metal, now its "we won't ship to you" or "we don't want to pay $50 a year for a permit to ship to IN or AR" blah blah blah when everyone is making such a good living off vapers.
I haven't read the AR bill, but I did read the IN one a while back, and it's not just $50 a year. My head was literally spinning at the insane requirements in that bill. I knew not a single vendor would put up with that crap. They're not trying to get back at the vapers, they're telling IN gov't that they're crazy. And IN vapers should be giving their gov't hell over it. I suggest you read it - if nothing else, it will make you happy you don't live in IN.

yeah, I knew AR and IN bills were not really very similar.

Just bad in different ways.

However the AR bill looks like it will actaully increase the business health of the B&Ms in its borders, since they will be the place that vapors in AR have to go to buy their juice? But hurts individual vapers.

I remember back in May when they were finalizing this, being suprised, because AR is a state where they pretty much let you do anything

So you know its about the $$$. The state wants the $$. Otherwise, in any other issue, this state is pretty "libertarian". There aren't as many rules and regs about stuff

Not to mention that if the sales are limited to AR (no online sales), then in addition to the license fee, AR will also get their sales tax from all those sales, and those B&M's in AR will report more revenue....and more profits....and pay more AR income taxes. If the stuff is purchased online from out of state vendors, then they lose the sales tax and income tax.
