Is PGA Pure Grain Alcohol safe to make flavorings with?

I want to make a flavoring and I have no interest in using PG for this specific type. I see people using PGA all the time in there vaping e-juices to thin it out, use as flavor bases, or throat hit. But vaping PGA is harmful to your lungs isn't it? If not does the alcohol vape off by the time you inhale or something?

Please tell me why people use alcohol in there juice.
Is this even safe?

We only use PG and VG as our cut or base in our liquids. There isn't enough information to fully grasp whether PGA is harmful or not. I generally don't recommend putting anything into your body that you are not familiar with. I wish I had some definitive information on this subject but I don't. When I do find out I will ensure that I let you know.
