After a recommendation and reading so many reviews, I thought I would buy a bottle of this stuff and see what the hype is about. They had been sold out and only make limited batches. I haven't tried it yet but it smells pretty good - both of my tanks are still full and I can't stand wasting juice.

What I found intriguing was the packaging of this liquid. I expected a bubble mailer with a bottle in it as per usual, but instead found this taking up half of my mailbox....

I always thought Five Pawns' container was Fancy, but this one takes the cake. The additional dripper top was a nice touch. I bought a bottle of Wakonda from Nicoticket that came cap-only and had to recycle one from my bottle stash.

I hope it tastes as good as it looks.

It's something else that they went this far to package a bottle of e-liquid.

Now that I've tried it, an honest opinion. This juice is big disappointment for me. It tastes exactly like MOV's Rangler. When I say that, I mean nearly identical. I still have two 15mils (one unopened) of the Rangler that I will never use because it's just not for me. In both of these juices, there's a maple syrup flavor which isn't overpowering but I don't taste much else - maybe a slight vanilla undertone. The tobacco is there, but it's muted and common resembling so many other tobacco flavors I've tried and disliked. I like strong flavoring and a decent TH which the website indicates but didn't deliver.

There is nothing that even hints toward an oak flavoring in this. Im tempted to call bs and wonder if the oak barrel aging statement is nothing more a marketing angle.

Fancy packaging, but nothing special here in my opinion. Anyone else tried these and thought the same thing?

The only issue I usually have with over-the-top packaging/marketing of certain juices, is that it is the customer that pays for it. Give me good juice, in a cheap bottle, at a reasonable price, and I'm a happy guy.

I tried it out of curiosity. Not my thing. I'm not into bourbon so I didn't really expect it to be my thing. Gave it to a friend who is into bourbon and he really enjoys it, but doesn't like it in a subtank. Uses a protank with it.
