I ordered some juice from Johnson Creek last week. This was my first time ordering juice online because I am fortunate to have a vape shop a mile or so from my home. The only reason I decided to try a different supplier was because my local guy is having trouble keeping my favorite tobacco juice in stock, so I was looking for a backup.

I ordered a pure VG juice from Johnson Creek's Red Oak line of juices - one 30ml Domestic and one 5ml sample bottle of their Wisconsin Frost. I was trying to get a flavor that was similar to the one that I get locally - which is a blend that I make myself with 75% tobacco and 25% menthol.

Long story short - I did not care for the juice that I got from Johnson Creek but that is not the reason for this post. I am sure that there are a lot of people that find their juices are good for them and I am not criticizing them at all - everyone's taste in juices is different.

What I am doing is complementing Johnson Creek on their return policy. I didn't think there were any juice suppliers that would accept returns on juice. They not only take returns, but they also pay return postage - to me this is unheard of in any online purchases - of any kind!!

Below is part of the email that I got from Johnson Creek regarding their return policy:

"Thank you so much for the email! I am so sorry to hear you are not enjoying the Smoke Juice you ordered! Do know that our return policy is such that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receiving it, we'll take it back. That's it. We cover the shipping, and we offer exchanges, store credit, or full refunds. We want you to know that we are that confident in our product, and that we are committed to you, our customer. ** NOTE ** This does NOT include 5ml sample bottles or cartomizers (blank or pre-filled)."

I don't know if any forum members are aware of this company's policy so I figured I'd post it to let y'all know. And I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules by putting in a positive plug for a juice vendor.

I order regularly from Johnson Creek. I LOVE their VANDA and Rainer Cherry. They are the company that makes the pre-filled carts for Blu e cigs. I have never had a problem from them and so glad to hear that you had a good experience. If you ever want to try something sweet and you wont be able to put down then try the Vanda. I vape this EVERY day between other e liquids. I have to fill up every day on this one, even using 3-4 other flavors. Thanks for the info. :)
