I don't sell Kabukis on my site unless they are factor 2nds, or limited color schemes when available. What you see in the square store are parts that it's hard for the dealers to carry due to having to have too many skus.
So I got my tank (can't use it yet because I'm still waiting on my Radius mod to arrive) but I have tested out the airflow control and don't notice any difference in air draw regardless of where I tighten or loosen the hex screw...I can even remove it totally and it's still the same draw, nothing changes. I have tightened it all the way in and loosened it all the way out all while taking a slow drag on the drip tip and there is absolutely no difference in the draw...not sure I'm going to be happy with this. Also the drip tip that comes with this tank is probably the worst drip tip I've ever seen in the industry, it's about as cheap as you can get, I can't understand why such a cheap drip tip is used on a $90.00 tank (remember it was HOH who makes the comment in their advertisement for the product "why would you use a $39.00 tank on a expensive mod", well why would you use a 5 cent drip tip on an expensive tank?Just my opinion but I'm probably going to sell this cause ProVape won't take it back, I might try it out first with the device but I'm just giving my opinion (so far) will update when I get the mod.
The only part of this scenario that concerns me just a lil' bit moving forward is ... everything is dependent upon Aspire continuing to produce Nautilus coils, which they may decide to stop doing next month (or whenever) because everybody has switched to their sub-ohm tanks... but, that's a problem for another day.
That's good to know, you sir do beautiful work; what you've managed to attain with a Nautilus carto is pretty amazingThey currently manufacture 100,000 coils per day... there are over 1,000,000 nautilus tanks in the market between both sizes... Relax... they'll be available for quite a while. "everybody" has not switched over to the sub-ohm tanks... in fact, less than 10% have switched.
I'd like to hear from Zen on this too. From what I know (which could be wrong), borosilicate glass is more sturdy than fused quartz, though fused quartz can withstand more heat that borosilicate glass and is more pure. Not sure if this applies since the glass doesn't get that hot from regular use.Zen,
I admire you innovation, but why not use a pyrex tank for the Kabuki? I had your carto tank and it cracked in the mail. The store sent me a replacement tank, but I was too afraid it would crack on me so I sold it. I really want to buy this, but I'm fearful it's gonna crack. I'd buy the stainless steel tank, but I like to see how much eliquid I have left. I've been using Phiniac tanks forever. Is the fused Quartz stronger than the Quartz you used to use?
