I moved to sub ohm vaping and have really loved the subtank. I like the flavor and vapor production. My old Provari got a good home with my best friend and got him to quit smoking. I do miss that device and wasn't even aware there was a P3 until a few days ago.

Anyway... I played around with the TFV4 and the Crown, but really am happy with .5 sub ohm vaping. I recently discovered the ISUB and ISUB G tank that vapes like a beast at .5 ohms and only 25 watts but does very well with 20.

I went to the trade forum and pulled the trigger on a used P3 with the sub ohm updates.

Anyone use it with the ISUB or have any stock tank suggestions?

I tried a subtank mini with the .5 and then the 1.2Ω coils on my P3, both were OK for me, but then I went to the RBA and built a 1.8Ω coil for it, I much prefer the 1.8Ω on the RBA with wide open airflow and direct lung hits, MTL just doesn't seem to suit the Subtank for me. Of the factory coils, I liked the 1.2's better, but really no comparison to the RBA...I won't be buying anymore factory coils, but hey, I'm kinda weird like that.

I have had great luck rebuilding the coils for the ISUB G. I can vape the .2 ohm stock coils at 25 watts, and my GF likes the .5 at 20 watts.... I may just have to custom make some slightly higher ohm coils. The RBA deck on the subtank mini... or heck any tank will do I suppose... I just need to get past the idea that I need at least 30 watts to enjoy my vape. If I simply cant make the provari work for my needs I wont loose a penny selling it on ebay. Small profit actually.
