kayfun 3.1 clone sour juice

hey guys, dont know if this has been asked before but i am unable to find an answer. has anyone had issues with there juice tasting and smelling sour out of a kayfun or kayfun clone? i use solar flare from MBV as my ADV and it'll taste fine for a while but towards the end of the tank it will start to taste soured and smell soured, im not talking about a tart sour but a sour sour. if anyone has had this issue or knows a reason why it does that i would greatly appreciate the help. the juice itself is citrus based and to me taste like orange tic taks and will crack plastic tanks, i am using the steel tank section and i have throughly cleaned the entire tank (boiled the parts and scrubbed with a brush and dish soap)
