Never heard of this brand before now. My first guess would be to say this is a re-wrapped cell with over-inflated specifications like we are seeing more and more of lately. At best, that 20 amps is a "pulse" rating, and we know not to rely on pulse ratings.

To my knowledge, the only Li-Mn battery to come close to that much capacity (mAh) is the Panasonic NCR18650BD 3200mAh 10Amp CDR. It's hard for me to believe that an upstart brand that nobody's heard of before has managed to double the amp CDR of a cutting edge company like Panasonic. The Panasonic/Orbtronic 18650A (3200 mAh) and 18650B (3400 mAh) are not high drain batteries and only have 6 amps CDR or less. With batteries, it boils down to choosing either more amp CDR or more mAh capacity -- you can't have both in one battery.

The LG18650HG2 3000mah has a 20 Amp CDR, but falls short of the "advertised 3200 mAh" capacity of that Listman. And Samsung's INR18650-30Q 3000mah only manages 15 Amps CDR. Both are cutting edge battery manufacturers.

Perhaps Mooch, Ryedan, State o' Flux, or Thrasher can add more info or opinion.

I've never heard of this brand either.

That triangular top cap is different from any battery I've tested so far. I checked the tops of the as-yet-untested NCR18650PF and CGR18650CH battery I have and it doesn't match. I don't think it's one of the major manufacturer's batteries.

Since they show a 1A discharge curve that delivers over 3200mAh I could be convinced that it's a high capacity battery. Most batteries will test better than the manufacturer's rating since it's is a minimum guaranteed spec. But the discharge current has to be at the same level as used when establishing the rating, typically 1A or less.

I agree with @Baditude that it's probably a 10A battery, or lower. No idea who makes it though.
