Locked Fuchai 213

Hello everyone, a newbie here. Just picked up the Siegel Fuchai 213 and I can't figure out how to shut it off. Hit the fire button 5 times it says "Locked ". If I press the fire button again it's ready to go. Can someone help me with this issue?

It only locks, no power off. Remove batteries if you want it all the way off...

Hit the fire button 5 times in 3 sec. It locks the mod and it goes to sleep. There is no on and off switch.

Does it actually fire when you press the fire button again after locking, or does it just light up the screen? Modern electronic devices are never truly "off," so "locked" or "asleep" is about the best you're going to get without actually removing the battery. When you "lock" it with five clicks of the fire button, it shouldn't fire when you press the button, until you unlock it again with five more clicks.
