RDA make a Kennedy 22 or 24 three post into a BF?

Hi - I have successfully done this with a Kennedy 22mm while the post was still in the deck - although I'd love to remove the post and do it 'right' if you know what I mean - does anyone know how to gently remove the center pin on these? I tried to push it out with a vice but it winds up crushing the hole where the coil goes through - and tapping it out malforms the post also. I know I know - just get a two post 24 and it is easy peasy - however I have these idle decks and I'd love to convert them.....

Make sure to have a grub screw inserted that's long enough to bridge the hole and far enough that it's recessed before pressing the post out.

now that you pointed that out I think you are right! I need a 'support' not only the threads but the wire hole too! Thanks I will give this a go!

or just use a small enough nail or punch to reach past the threads in the post
tap the post out with the base supported

now your on! that would be perfect that would bypass any stress on the upper part of the post completely
