hi, evryone here who know which one is better to use, malic or citric for Diy my eliquid? cause i want to make a apple+straberry flavor. what i know is both make 'pop' in flavor.
Welcome to the forum, @weigang! For all things DIY, visit the DIY e-liquid sub-forum at DIY E-Liquid. You'll get a much faster, and probably more accurate answer, there.
From what I've been reading, many use Ethyl Malto to enhance existing flavors and bring up subtle tones. I've never heard of adding acid of any kind, and wouldn't want to inhale it for sure. It probably wouldn't be a large enough quantity to matter, but I am fussy about what is in my e-juice.

EM is a sweetner,, citric acid adds tart tones to fruits that are lacking or recipes that are overloaded with "creams".
Maltic acid about 70% of citric. Add to PG before dosing juice.
Is it safe? Especially long term?
Wouldn't use till more studies are conducted..
