Hooray for Roxy !!!!!! Here's to another amazing year.
It is true my lungs feel better. My teeth have even whitened, which I didn't think would happen without cosmetic dentristry, but they have. My dad's teeth were actually one of my motivations. He's a cigar smoker, and his teeth are dark brown and black
I still have urges to have a cig sometimes, but they pass easily and quickly
Congrats roxy. Your sense of smell returns too. The good smells are amazing, but then there are the other smells.
I don't get urges to smoke however there are always butts in an ashtray on my patio (daughter and her boyfriend smoke). I sometimes look at the ashtray and remind myself why I don't like the sight or smell of those stinkies.
