One year ago yesterday, I quit smoking. After multiple failed attempts going cold turkey, using Chantix, Nicorette, patches, hypnosis, you name it - I finally quit smoking when I took up the e-cigarette and set a quit date.

There was a period this summer where I snagged a few cigarettes, because my husband had been in a severe accident and was off work and home with me 24/7 for three months, so they were stress cigs. I'd say in the past year, I've probably smoked no more than 15 cigs...and to me, that's successful, since I used to smoke 2 1/2 PAD.

Shooting for zero cigarettes in 2013.
