Thought I'd add that you might want to look into something a bit different to get you going as far as an rda goes.
The squid or the octopus are small single coil RDAs (squid is smaller of the 2) that can be had for around $10 from what I've seen. They are small but I have seen some crazy multi coil builds in them.
I'm thinking about one for my mech mod for at work (my boss doesn't like me carrying my "big stuff" with me on site so I carry my k100+ with a 18350 battery; but the squid on it would make it even smaller) some days its like conceal and carry at work lol.
