Hello, I received my V5 when it first came out .what a work of genius. It has worked great till last nite. I have it set give me the most air when drawing perfect for me but last nite it was like it was set to the most restrictive draw setting .Installed a new coil and wick 4 or 5 days ago nothing different in the way I have been doing it from day one. I wash it when when I R&R wick or coil build that same I am at a loss. Thanks for any in site you may have for a fix.

Sounds like you got some debris stuck in the air path somewhere.... take atty appart and find it.

Took it all apart found and found no obstructions for airflow reduction.The only out of place thing I saw was a bad o ring "R&R am at a loss anyone else seen this happen? I can't believe this is happening it's not that complicated ,well maybe it is.
Stupid question...But when you took it apart, are you sure you lined up the bottom cap to coincide with the air holes? You might see 4 dots, but your airflow might be set to the tightest setting.
Adjust your airflow to some of the other settings and see if it makes a difference.

No stupid at all ,I did think of it just before reassembly and easy to miss so managed it correctly. Changing cotton brand and or coil size wouldn't cause it would it ! I would think air flow is separate of juice flow.
Brand of cotton? No. Coil size? Possibly...If your new build is ALOT bigger and lower to the point it covers the airhole, maybe....But I seriously doubt it.
I went to larger dia.coil with one less wrap.next cotton R&R I will lift a little.Thanks for your response. I am going to find the cause no matter how long it takes,even if I have to buy another mean time,it's to heavy to draw for me.
Alright I couldn't wait so I dewicked and decoiled, disappointment persists. While I was at it I took it all apart with a strong light and even magnifying device cant find anything suspicious .nothing broken, missing ,airways all clear heck !! Im about ready to take a cab.
unless your drip tip is clogged or an o-ring is rolling up when you put on the airflow ring, there's no other explaination. Assuming there's really no blockage.....strange.
Very strange indeed.All airpaths open ,o rings fine after changing one out earlier rechecked everything again I beginning to think I'm crazy, not finding a cause is driving me crazy! Might take out the drill soon open things up,will have to order a replacement first.
stupid follow up question....you aren't, by any chance, going back to the K5 after a length of time with these big air subtanks, are you?
Ok,give this crazy person a few alternatives to chose from . I have been using the K5 on top of a Provari which has fired 2 previous kayfuns.I don't like huge clouds of vaper.I already burn 2 1/2 mils. a day of $28.00 per 30 mil. I like single kanhtal coils .
I can afford it so what ? It's a great Five Pawns juice ,best I've found so far ,out of oh around 500 different flavors from I dont know how many places alot.
