I'd suggest that the instructions go a bit further.
1) After you have registered, go back to the page you started at.

2) Enter your e-mail and password and click "Jetzt anmelden und mitzelchnen" at the bottom of the page.

3) This brings you to a page which seems to be an explanation of the petition. Over on the right is one of the gray and orange box for checking. Click it. (Sorry, I should have taken a snap of it so I'd know exactly how it is labeled.)

4) This will bring you to the page that seems to confirm you have voted.

Poeia, something went wrong. It looks like you undid your signature... Did you by any chance click on a button that says: "Mitzeichnung entfernen"? If so, you deleted your signature. To sign, you need the button that says: "Petition mitzeichnen."

You may want to try again. But if you're already logged in, just sign the petition ("Petition mitzeichnen." )
