Protank 2 - How many flavor wicks are you removing?

The problem I had with my Protank 2 is that the draw is very airy and not a very strong hit. I tried with both flavor wicks, 1 wick, and no flavor wicks. All with the same juice (50/50). My results are that it hits a lot nicer with no flavor wicks. The head is also a couple weeks old, but its always been a pretty light and airy vape. I'm using and Ego Twist battery. I do like the pro tank, but i don't get as nice of a draw as I do off CE4 clearomizers and DV BCC clearomizers.

Try putting on a 510/ego adapter and use the beauty ring. The beauty ring works to corral some of the airy draw on some of my PV's and others the protank just draws fine without the beauty ring

wifes heads; various winds and resistance levels - usually all silica so far, some cotton - flavor wick on every one - thicker than stock on every one, too - wicks well for her, no burnt hits that she's mentioned and never a flooded tank for her

my heads - 28Ga kanthal - 12 wraps at 5/64" ID - cotton - silicone cup on chimney removed - works well at all pg/vg levels i've tried for me - tons of vapor and taste - the wife floods it every time with her tiny toots.

I find that if I shake or tap the tank against my plan a few times it feeds the juice faster. I find myself doing this every 3 or so draws. You can tell it is working because a couple bubbles will rise up from the coil.
