Just got my first Protank and nothing but problems when i removed one of the top wicks....leaks! Firstly, it was difficult to remove, than after reassembling the tank and filling with juice, and making sure everything was tight, nothing but burnt taste and leaks. Replaced, the wicks and coin heads and left all the wicks and everything, so far seems ok, no leaks.

For some reason, removing one of the wicks for me resulted in leakage....discouraged!

I don't use the stock setup with the protank. I rebuild the wick and coil using 2.5mm silica and 32 kanthal. When winding the coil around the wick I use a paperclip along side the silica. This helps make winding the coil easier and when you slide out the paperclip it makes the coil fit around the wick without being too tight. If you make the coil too tight it will not wick properly and you will get dry or burnt hits. Every single one of my rebuilds using this method has produced a perfect coil/wick. Tons of vapor and great flavor. I generally end up with about 2.2 ohm coil and vape it at 4.0 volts on my provari.
