Rebuilding "non-rebuildables"

Going to start rebuilding pt3 and nautilus mini bvc coils. Wanted to know if you can build those at a lower resistance than the company makes or if you are risking damaging the tank by doing so, do to heat, etc

Depending on the tank, you have a little wiggle room, but your number one bottle neck will be airflow. Those tanks aren't designed for the heat generated from lower ohm coils, so at some point you will start cooking your juice. I wouldn't suggest going below .8 on those tanks, and that might be pushing it on the pt3

And pay attention to the low limits of your mod, if not a mech. Check the manual (or google), as many won't fire below about 1.2Ω

No point building a 0.8 if you can't use it...
