Reo Rookie Mistake

Hi All,
Ordered an RM2, it arrived today but there is a small issue. RM2 is recessed for the Reo Grands taller juice well, and i only have an LP and a woodvil on the way.
Does anyone know what can be done to cover the recessed portion to make the RM2 sit flush on the LP

Nothing..it is going to show that part. If you have not used it at all, I wonder if Rob might exchange it for you? You could ask.

It'll work. But it will never sit flush, so you can cover that milled bit up, or live with it!

My advice would be to not worry too much about it - the RM2 is a great atty (i had 14 at one time) and if/when you outgrow it, your LP Grand is an ideal platform for any other experimenting.

Woodvils tend to be treated a little better!

Sounds like Robs got you covered and Trunker is right (did I just say that ), your new Woodvil deserves special treatment

If you have used it, you can fix it cosmetically by sliding a couple of o-rings over the milled part. It'll look better. Or.....just use it as is and get used to it. It's worth it.

Or, if you've used it, you could put a "swap" post in the classifieds (or maybe in the Reo trade/swap thread here? Not sure of the rules there but I think it'd be OK). There may well be someone who has an LP but could use a non-LP...

I second the o-rings.

It's down there towards the very bottom you also see it without the O-rings.
