I'm assuming you bent the legs like that too so you can line the coils up with the air holes properly? I hope I like this thing, it's on the way. Thanks for the responses hoss.
When I build the rm4 I put the coil high legs in the center post and the coil low legs in the negative posts. That puts the coils at a natural 30 deg or so angle downward to the center without bending the legs. Also allows you to adjust coil height for throat hit by just turning the cap a little. YMMV
