Yes it is, currently out on loan. Yes it is slightly angled down on the long tail side. That is during a rinse, dry burn session. After I put the top on and squonk to get the wick wet I tuck the tails down with a luer lock needle.

When I build the rm4 I put the coil high legs in the center post and the coil low legs in the negative posts. That puts the coils at a natural 30 deg or so angle downward to the center without bending the legs. Also allows you to adjust coil height for throat hit by just turning the cap a little. YMMV
