Nice find. I'm a shirt pocket REO carrier myself, but it's not at all unusual for me to carry stuff in kydex (every single day). A REO Grand is only something like 7 ounces fully loaded, so it wouldn't be a big deal to add it to even a thin store-bought "designer" belt. Looks like tek-lok stand offs for the clip, so it's probably wide enough for most duty belts. Any dimension on the clip height? If it's better than an inch and a half (I'm a disse gear and thompson tactical duty belt sort of fella... inch and a half wide and a quarter inch thick) I might add one of those to my holster collection.

I rarely do either but it hangs righteously off the waistband of bball shorts so dockers and the like should also work. I usually don't tuck in shirts either so the mod will be concealed by my typically casual attire :)

Shirt sleeves, shorts and sandals are all I wear around here year round. The shorts don't have belt loops, I don't even own any long pants (coats, sweaters, suits, ties, etc) anymore. Hot summers and balmy winters makes them my maximum attire outdoors, indoors less.

The clip measures 1-5/8" clear width across the flat surface on the inside (the part right above the ruler). That is the smallest dimension and prolly not a limiting dimension. There is also a pass thru clip where you slide the belt thru it. Yes, these are extreme tactical like, the hardware is recessed so it cannot contact your mod. Amazing craftsmanship. Definitely made by someone who is knows tactical applications with a penchant for quality materials and workmanship. My pix don't do them much justice trust me.

A friend from another ECF Thread (yes, Virginia, there are other threads) was one of the later winners in the 15,000,000 post contest. Since the ProVari and the Reos were long gone by the time she was selected, she (Hulamoon) chose this and sent it to me.

It was a very pleasant surprise when it arrived, and I thanked her openly on this other thread. I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and it is quite handy when I am out in the yard. Doesn't go on the big truck with me, but it does get used quite a bit on weekends.
I didn't post anything until now because I consider this forum Rob's domain, and I don't know if these people have Rob's approval. But since Super_X posted, I figured to fess up.

Seriously nice! That's what I want on mine when I order it. I don't want the thing jabbing me in the side and something to extend it further down is what I was thinking.

Awesome.. now where ya get that? Home made or something you asked for or bought extra?

I had the leather on my bench, it was part of a knife sheath project that didn't work out. Scraps of leather can be pretty handy to have around :D Yeah, I don't like things digging into me, so lowering the holster made all the difference. Thank You for the kind words :)

whats with the huge flange on it ? is there a reason or ?
The flange with the two screws is what allows you to adjust the tension of the kydex for retention. It can be set very loose, or tightened up so it applies a bit of grip. There are standoffs made from sections of re-enforced tubing between the layers of kydex where the screws are. Tightening the screws compresses the standoffs and keeps tension on the Chicago screws so they won't back out. It's really a clever design

Chicago screws are a fastener system that uses a Philips screw and a female threaded flush retainer :) the flange is just wide enough to fit the compressible rubber standoffs
