I went to Lowes and in the tool belt section they have a cloth cell phone holder that works for my MVP or short mech.

Ultramist vape in SoCal has a zippered pouch. Someone claimed the zipper scratched their mod.

I've got this cigar holder, it fits two Nemesisii in full length (18650 + Kick) and even a spare battery. Have to take the drip tips off to close the lid though:

look up vapesox. someone had already mentioned it. thats what i use when im out and about. has a big upper pouch for your mod and a smaller lower pouch for your juice. or a battery. i dont use it for a battery because im a little iffy on having batteries out in the open. i have a couple of those little plastic cases for em

I'm a big fan of Serenity Gear, personally.

Here's a snap of my standard size Provari with the flexi-sleeve on it. I really like the way it feels in my hand, plus there's a cutout for the LED window. There's also a ring on the back to connect a lanyard (comes with the case) or a karabiner. The owner, Tim, really does good work and I highly recommend them. One of these days I'm going to see if he can make one for my Semovar.
