sig vr2 50w scratching battery?

just got mine from directvapor and the fit is so tight that it scratches my batteries protective wrap. is this a common issue with the vr2s? im using LG HG2 battery. reading the return policy looks like i cant even get a refund since i opened the package So i just wanted to know if my new one will be just like this one lol.

Happened to me one time when I first got one. I hold the battery with my thumb and first? finger and push both ends in at the same time, slowly. I do not put one end then push in the other end. Works for me.

Thanks I'll give that a try got some new batteries comming I'll see how well the vtc4 fits in mine be for I make a decision to return
