Strange new tank problem

When ordering replacement glass from FT always use the word Authentic.

It looks to me like it may be going together wrong. If you put your base coil and chimney together then set the glass on top of the base and then screw down the top cap to the chimney over the glass. It should just be the pressure from screwing down the top cap to seal the glass to the bottom o ring. Maybe find some YouTube reviews and watch how they take it apart and reassemble. I don't know if I would of gone thru the trouble to order extra glass as I would of just ordered another tank, they are not that much and most come with a spare glass.

what i just can't get my head around is why the top end fits and the bottom doesn't - i can only think i'm doing something wrong???

The glass should just rest on the base and then when you screw your topcap down it tightens the glass to the orings

yes I have seen this vid - I have the exact same tank he fits to his vape - the only way i can think of now is to remove the glass from my vape and compare the 2 - i have tried this but it seems like I'll break the glass removing it.........
