First off, a long while ago I bought BluCigs and after about a month, they broke and I was back to analogs for the next year and a half. About a month ago I purchased a No. 7 e cig which then led me to buying an eGo. Originally I just decided I would give it another go to just cut back on smoking because I was just smoking more and more. After I got my e-cig, I used it for a little while. In the first week I had only smoked 4 cigarettes. From then on I have only smoked 2 to see how I liked it(I thought it tasted horrible now). Like I said I didn't even plan on quitting but these worked so much better than I thought. I don't even want to smoke a cigarette anymore. I still get some cravings after a hard days work but that can easily be solved with various flavors. I didn't think I was going to be able to quit smoking but that definitely changed. For once in a long time, I'm actually proud of myself. I'm still fine with smoking 1 or 2 with friends on occasion but its not going to be a daily thing like before. I'll still let myself smoke cigars and hookah though. But yah, I really hope the word gets out about these things in the next couple years. I have spent quite a bit of money on these but It's well worth it.

Anyone else have similar stories?

Congratulations on making the switch!!! I didn't intend to quit smoking when I ordered my PV, either. I was planning a long car trip to visit family, all non-smokers, and I just wanted something to help me through the ordeal. But, like you, my eGo worked so much better than I thought it would that I decided to ditch the cigs. Somehow that first try didn't work but I kept vaping, only smoking a few analogs a day, and then I hated the taste of analogs. It was easier to get through the cravings for those last few, when I finally did stop smoking, because who wanted the nasty old things when I could vape Banana Nut Bread? :D

I do hope PV's take off, big time. I was so hooked on cigarettes, I thought I'd likely die with one burning between my fingers. Everybody deserves the opportunity to discover this wonderful alternative that we now enjoy.

My husband was the same, the e-cig was just so he wouldn't have to go outside our home to smoke in the rain or snow........... and he found like you, over a short time he cut way down, then to very few, then no analogs at all.! I quit smoking a year ago, and turned to e cigs about a month and a half ago during a stressful time. Almost went to smoking, but this route is much healthier. I quit because I had stage 1 emphysema, which after quitting last Christmas has completely dissapeared. I do not want to go back to that!
