So I've been using my crown for a few weeks and all seemed well.
I was using the .25 with no real issues then I noticed some juice around the airflow ring, when I twist the ring to closed I can see a fair amount of juice through the air hole on the metal behind it.
It wasn't really bothering me too much so I left it.
The .25 coil came to the end of its life and I threw in the .50.
Since then the juice issue is getting slowly worse, I have checked the coil is tight and I only ever top fill (always close the airflow off first though) .
Has anyone seen this before? When i swapped the coil over I cleaned the tank and put all the o rings back properly so I doubt it's that.
It's just really irritating me at the minute!

out of the six I own, only one does this, not really that leaky but still enough to bother me a bit. I suspect it is just a crimped or bad o ring, or the juice I am using is slowly deteriorating it. the next time I pull it apart to clean it I am going to use the supplied set of extra o rings and see if that helps. none of the others have any problem both in black and silver. the one that has the issue is a black one. I am using a Diy muffin man juice in it now and I suspect the cinnamon in it may be the culprit reaking havok on the orings.

Mine Is also a black one, currently got a DIY apple pie in there, I often have my crown in a little ego case with a few spare coils and batteries and the like.
I Always store it with the airflow closed to prevent leaking if it's in my bag, I've just noticed that the outside of the tank is a bit juicy as well, need to take this apart and properly inspect everything, including the o rings. I really like this tank but if it keeps leaking I'll take a punt on the tfv4.

I also keep extras in a ego case to take with me, as long as its not totally leaky it does not bother me much, I fear many will chime in on it but I have both TFV4's reg and mini while they are nice for clouds, I find the flavor muted quite a bit compared to the crown, also they can be just as leaky if not worse. for the price of a pack of 5 coils of the TFV4, I would just try your luck with another crown, or if you don't mind building check out the Griffin Tank, taste is great and has not leaked on me yet.

Jack N Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water
Jack fell down and broke his crown
and thats the design they used...
yup I failed poetry class ;)
never had the nack for Iambic pentameter
Despite the fact I'm steadily getting more and more cheesed off, and even more steadily covered in juice, you sir, have managed to put a smile on my face :)

Whenever the tank stands for more than an hour or so it leaks above and below the airflow ring. At first it was just little drops that I got used to wiping up every now and then, but it seems to have progressively worsened, to the point where I'm wasting more juice than I'm vaping. When I turn the airflow ring to closed (when I top fill) I can see a lot of juice has built up between the airflow ring itself and the column behind it, I clean it up best I can and within an hour or 2 its soaked again.
I have completely disassembled the tank on many occasions to try and work this out, inspected and changed every O ring at some stage, tried different stock coils, the RBA base, even tried juices of different viscosities to see if it helped but to no avail.
What am I missing? Have I just ended up with a dodgy tank? I've tried everything I can think of, I don't have any issues with any of my other sub-ohm tanks.
This is my last hope before I bin the thing which I really don't want to do as it is one of my favourite "tank vapes".

I had the same issue as you. I tried everything also and could not stop the leak.
I filled it from the bottom when i changed coil and didnt have the issue after. Ive used for last week always filling from the bottom and no issue. Top filled yesterday. Airflow closed etc and leak was back.
Assume theres a problem with the tank pressure when top filling. Back to bottom fill today and leak no more.
Worth a try just in case same as mine.
