You're there for us and we're here and "out there" for you. I'm glad you got yourselves a bigger place cause I think you're gonna need it! I tell everybody that you guys are writing a whole new book on customer service!

I filmed a bit of the "action" yesterday, and will put together a little video showing the care that goes into every shipment while I'm on the plane later today. That'll be my version of in-flight entertainment.
