While I agree with you, I hate to skip over something that looks this good. So, I have researched and devised a "drops recipe salvage solution".
I use the following formula ->> 1 mL = 20 drops; 1 drop = 0.05 mL.
This seems to work for me for two reasons:
A- I have no idea what the OP's results actually taste like.
2- This conversion formula was worked out by the Greeks in 780 bc and has withstood the test of time...(OK, this part is a little BS - but it is a way to start...)

Here is a simple secret I learned from this forum, somewhere.
Given that 20 drops is 1 mL, try the following on for size:
19 drops base + 1 drop flavoring = 5%
18 drops base + 2 drops = 10%
17 + 3 = 15.
YMMV...
