What does your dragon fruit bon bon taste like? I have had my bottle of dragon fruit for over 2 months and did not know what to mix it with.

Idk about his bonbon, but I find dragonfruit to be a great sub for strawberry ripe. It's really good to mix with sweeter candy flavors and other tropical type fruits.

I had mixed up Heabob's blueberry cheesecake recipe using the cheesecake graham crust and it was good initially, but after a little while it started to develop a grassy note to it and I ended up throwing the balance of the bottle out. I decided to experiment with another version and this is what I ended up with:

Homemade Blueberry Cheesecake:
Blueberry Wild 10%
Cheesecake 1%
Graham Cracker Clear 4%

IMHO this tastes better from the get go. Hopefully it still tastes as good after it steeps for a while. After seeing the recipes above this would probably be just as good with other fruit flavors such as lemon, strawberry, etc. I'll probably experiment with those as well.

It's a more mellow/sweet Dragonfruit, as I find the Dragonfruit flavor a bit too much alone.

Cream and Vanilla also work to mellow this out.

My first version of Blueberry Cheesecake was:
Blueberry Wild 10%
Graham Cracker Clear 3%
Brown Sugar Extra 2%

NOT A RECIPE (Just a comment)

Might have had a different Cheesecake in it though.
At work so can't look it up right now...

Couldn't find the recipe, must have deleted when I switched over to TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust.
Only other Cheesecake I've used is CAP NY type, (think it was 3%), oops.
Prolly get yelled at for posting this:(

Not my recipe. It's on this site somewhere. It's called Flamingo and it's amazing.

8% Strawberry
7% Peach
1% Coconut extra (original recipe says 3% coconut but since I have the extra version, I used less)

If you like fruity/tropical flavors, you'll love this.

Thanks for posting this.

Mixed a 10ml test batch just as posted(1% coconut extra). After two days I could taste mostly peach, just a tinge of strawberry and hardly any coconut at all.

After three weeks I am getting strawberry up front and then a delicious bright milky flavor.

Excellent mix. Will be making a 50ml bottle during my next mix session.

ENJOY

I know this is for recipes only but I have a question. I'm brand new & bought 11 different TFA flavors. At 1st it was to add to existing juice but then I figured might as well buy some vg and nic too. I don't have many stand alone flavors (well in my mind) is there a place where we can search certain flavors? Or would we search the thread?

I did see one that had Honey & Bavarian Cream but it included EM which I don't have. It's it needed? Also I'm so sorry where would I get the estimated amount of flavor to be used for each one? Like if I just used Cinnamon sugar cookie?

This is a percentage chart for the TFA flavors. I usually use way less than these percentages, though. Not awfully helpful, but at least a starting point. You could also check out the TFA thread in the DIY Forum.

In my own experience, I've yet to have to add any sweetener to any mix. They're usually sweet on their own.

The chart is more of a "give you an idea" type thing for SINGLE flavors. Start a little lower than the suggested amount for sure though.
As for the EM, I say nope, don't need it. I have a bottle I got early on after seeing it in a bunch of recipes, used it once. It's not essential at all, most flavorings provide more than enough "sweet" in them.
