Dont post much here but I just recieved these coils today from sweet vapes, they were half the cost of Vaporshark coils. They are trash do not get them. I could not get them to fire at all on my Hana or Vaporshark. My m-80 did fire them but very little vapor and no flavor. You do get what you pay for here.
Those are the cheap ones found on 3Fvape.com, i believe? I thought they would be on the crap side and instead bought my Atlantis ni coils directly from VS. So much better then the GCT coils I previously used on my VCT. So what your saying sounds awfully right lol.

i have to say the authentic atlanits Ni coils are very good although a bit expensive her in UK :( I just snagged a couple of the v2 RB decks but havent tried them yet. Still have a premade in there going strong!!

You guys do realize that the vAir-T Type A coils are made by Eigate (What you know as Aspire) packaged and branded for VapeOnly. Eigate manufactures a lot of other 'brands' products.

To say "you get what you pay for" is misleading. Eigate can sell these cheaper than Vaporshark because the coils are made specifically for their device (the Atlantis). When Vaporshark and Aspire collaborated percent of gross profit was split...so to make enough money to suit them they charged more.

I would rate these coils 9/10
VaporShark Atlantis BVC's 8.5/10

Everything inside these coils are built the same. The only difference is the adjustable juice flow.

I also thought these coils were garbage until I figured out how to use them. As soon as I got them I popped one into my Atlantis and left the juice ports wide open. Big mistake. I put it on my Vaporshark rdna and set the temp to 460° F at 30 watts. Not much vapor at all just sounded like the coil was gurgling it was so flooded and the temp never got to my preset. Figured I just wasted $10. Came back to it a few days later and played around with the juice control ring. I closed it off completely. Now these coils work just as good as the vaporshark coils. I guess what was happening was they were getting flooded with the juice control ring open all the way and saturating the coils to the point of flooding. I find with these vair coils perform best around, IMHO, 500°F around 33-40 watts, juice control ring COMPLETELY closed perform great. Yes they need the extra wattage cause of the size and resistance of the coil.

If it's shut off completely how does any juice flow into the coils? @AtmizrOpin
I know weird right? I think even though the juice control ring "looks" closed, it is not. Even with the ring completely closed it still wicks great and I do see bubbles coming from around the ring. I'm Vapin on one right now. Using a 70/30 mix on my vapor flask at 480 35-40 watts. No " help! I'm drowning!" Sounds from the coil and it's chuckin flave and vapor. HOWEVER, they will not work on my ipv4. Every time I hit the fire button, it says "shorted" after about a second of hitting the fire button.

I am using these coils in my Atlantis with the setting wide open and it works awesome. I am vaping max vg juice and I really like these ones and the price is right!
That sounds right, since you're using max vg eliquid. I use 50/50 blends and closed works best IMO.

We've had that problem at the shop. Fixed it with pin adjustment or tightening the cool.

I'm going to give this a try

Can you give more detail on your fix and whether it worked? I've adjusted the pin from all the way in to all the way out, cleaned off the connector, etc., and still getting the short message. Working fine on a SMOK 80 and, as of last night when I got it, a Snow Wolf 200.

Okay, so I have been using the vAir-T type A coils for a couple of days now. I can't say that I am very impressed so far and they seem to be very temperamental. I thought you weren't supposed to get dry hits from nickel coils, well that just happened today...leading me to chuck my first of 5 in the trash.

I followed the directions from AtmizrOpin 's post, using them in the Atlantis v2 tank along with the eVic VT mod vaping 80vg/20pg. I couldn't get good clouds at 40w so I bumped it up. The coil ran fine for a few tanks at 500 degrees and 50w, but then the flavor dropped off considerably on like the 13ml of juice mark. So I bumped it up and finally got good performance at 600 degrees and 55w. I left it sit for a few hours while I went to run errands. My space in the house is in the basement so room temperature there is around 60-65 degrees (don't know if that matters) I came back from my errands and fired it up and got a dry hit...BAM! and was like WTF!

Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong, if anything? The adjustable juice flow has me a bit weary of these coils and I don't like fiddling endlessly to get a good vape. More info about what specs folks run these coils at would also be helpful to know what their limits really are. The box says up to 80w, but I don't think I would want to try that. I would like to avoid going through these coils like toilet paper. Thanks!

I have an Ijust 2 tank and is not happy with 2 of Eleaf Ni coils for it. Suspect it is because the juice port holes are so small for the high VG juices I use. Just now, ordered these coils so hopefully they work and is BETTER. We will see;.......
You'll have to play with the adjustable juice ports on these. I use max vg juices and they still flooded on an almost closed setting.
