I had some 3 x 5 cards printed up that explain what ecigs are, along with the ECF website address at the bottom, and this wk-end started "accosting" total strangers I saw smoking outside of a restaurant and the local Walgreens...

    DRINK WATER regardless!!! Vaping is extremely dehydrating. Coffee, soft drinks ... anything other than water doesn't give your body what it needs to counteract the dehydration. This cannot be stated too often to new vapers.

    What's that smell???

    One observation: My pee smells! Never noticed it when I smoked. THEREFORE, vaping must make my pee smell ... :) Can there be any other possible explanation?
